CNC TURNING
At World Class Tool & Machine, our CNC turning capabilities allow us to produce high-quality parts and components with a size range from .250" to 12" in diameter and lengths up to 15". Our state-of-the-art CNC turning machines are equipped with advanced features and technologies that allow us to achieve precise tolerances and meet the unique requirements of our customers.
CNC GUN DRILLING
Our gun drilling capabilities allow us to produce high-quality, precise holes with a size range from .356" to 1.281" in diameter and lengths up to 36". Our gun drilling machines are equipped with advanced features, including counter rotation for improved concentricity, that allow us to achieve tight tolerances and meet the unique requirements of our customers.
CNC MILLING
Our CNC milling capabilities are supported by state-of-the-art machines with an 18" x 48" table size. This table size allows us to produce high-quality parts and components with a wide range of dimensions and shapes.
